Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Services provided

We provide access to the 14-Day Reset program and related materials, which may include digital content and optional scheduled calls or check-ins, as described at the time of purchase.

Any examples, scenarios, or outcomes shown are illustrative only and do not guarantee results.

3. No financial advice

The Services are provided for educational and informational purposes only. We do not provide investment, tax, legal, or regulated financial advice. Nothing in the Services constitutes a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument or asset.

You remain solely responsible for your decisions and actions. You should seek independent professional advice where appropriate.

4. Purchases and payment

Purchases are processed via third-party payment processors. The current price for the 14-Day Reset is $99 unless otherwise stated at checkout.

We do not store full payment card details. Payment processing is governed by the payment provider’s own terms and privacy policy.

5. Booking, rescheduling, and attendance

If your purchase includes scheduled calls or sessions, you are responsible for booking and attending them.

• Rescheduling is subject to availability.
• Missed sessions may be treated as no-shows.
• Late arrival may reduce session time without refund.

6. Refund policy

Due to immediate access to digital materials and limited delivery capacity, all sales are generally final once access is provided.

Refunds may be considered only where required by law or in exceptional circumstances (such as duplicate charges). Requests must be submitted to me@clearledger.finance.

Payment disputes or chargebacks may result in suspension of access while the issue is reviewed.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by:

• Attempting unauthorised access to systems or content.
• Sharing or reselling paid materials.
• Interfering with the security or operation of the Services.
• Using the Services for unlawful or harmful purposes.

8. Intellectual property

All content, materials, and branding are owned by Kyle Williams or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms or misuse the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
